The Institute for South Asia Studies invites you to a panel discussion with Arvind Narrain on his book, India’s Undeclared Emergency: Constitutionalism and the Politics of Resistance.  The panelists include Aarti Sethi (Assistant Professor of Anthropology), Dr. Gautam Bhan (Associate Dean, School of Human Development & Senior Lead of Academics and Research, Indian Institute for Human Settlements, Bengaluru), and Leti Volpp (Robert D. and Leslie Kay Raven Professor of Law and Director, Center for Race and Gender), and the discussion will be chaired by Sharad Chari (Associate Professor, Department of Geography).  Learn more.
