Graduate Student Researcher
Kimia Pakdaman completed her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Development at George Washington University in 2014. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa from 2014 to 2016, working on community development projects such as instructional strategies, sustainable gardening, and female soccer. Since returning, Kimia has worked in various nonprofits throughout California. She’s currently working toward her Master of Public Policy degree at U.C. Berkeley with the goal of crafting local policies that are equitable and inclusive for marginalized and low-income communities.
